My aim as a
coach is to inspire, empower and challenge clients to achieve their goals
and their own unique, untapped potential. I believe that each person is of
great personal worth and has potential beyond their own beliefs and beyond
others’ beliefs. I coach because I am passionately committed to supporting
clients to successfully transform areas of their lives.
I specialise in working with people who are going through significant life
change, who are “in transition”. These changes can be as diverse as
careers, work/life issues, business, retirement, study/training and
personal development, time out, relationships, appearance etc.
Being “in transition” has become normal for us these days and presents
great opportunities to examine our personal worth and potential. The need
for self awareness, personal motivation and self confidence in life
generally, is more evident to us than ever before.
Through coaching, I will support you to powerfully build on these areas. I
offer a strong combination of people and business skills, wide life
experience, personal warmth, Christian values and a good sense of humour.
Background
Eight years as a Professional Career and Life
Counsellor/Coach. (Over 2000 hours one-on-one empowerment
coaching/counseling)
Specialise in coaching individuals at life crossroads, identifying passions
and callings.
Twelve years in senior Human Resources Management in financial and govt sectors
Christian values for over 15 years, five years part-time as a workplace
chaplain
M.Com (1st Class Hons, Canterbury); Cert. Counselling and Cert. Applied
Welfare Skills CIT
Membership NZ Association of Counsellors since 1994. Work to ICF
guidelines.
